This year we are excited to be offering a variety of family sessions. Mini family sessions are the shortest of our offerings and are a great way to capture your family in a beautiful setting when you don’t have time for a full session. Mini family sessions are more posed in nature than our normal family sessions but we incorporate some quick candid, documentary photography to help give you a variety of photos.
2018 Mini family sessions take place Monday-Thursday during our off-season wedding months of January-April & mid November – end of December. We typically photograph these sessions in the golden hour before sunset but can also work with your child’s sleep schedule if needed. We will also open mini sessions for 1 week in the summer that will be announced via our e-mail subscription list.
Mini Family sessions include up to 20 minutes of photography at Hoyt Lake or Delaware Park in Buffalo, New York. Because of their short nature, these sessions are limited to families with 4 or less people total. Each session sitting includes the time & talent of the photographer and an online viewing ordering gallery with 25-30 images that you can choose from to purchase. Prints, products & high resolution JPGS are available for purchase after the session and via the online gallery. For pricing information, you can view all of our family & portrait session offerings here.
For 2018 onward, mini sessions are opened to only our e-mail subscribers. To become an e-mail subscriber and be the first to know what summer dates are available, subscribe here. We e-mailed all of our subscribers a special savings on spring mini sessions this past week that we’ll re-send out on Friday of this week to any new subscriber! If you’re thinking of booking a mini session, you do not want to miss this offer!
